Hinged Plate Nut (Superplate)

A nut with a hinged plate is designed for fastening building formwork panels of complex spherical shape at an angle of up to 15 degrees relative to the base plate. The main advantage is that the clamping surface area is increased without the use of additional pads and washers. The formwork nut distributes the load on all parts of the screed as evenly as possible, compensating for the difference in radii - internal and external. The superplate is made of galvanized steel, which endures corrosion, high and low temperatures, exposure to precipitation, alkalis and acids. The nut is compatible with pinch bolts of different manufacturers due to the presence of standard threads. Mounting and dismantling are carried out without the use of specialized tools.
