Tula Metal Rolling Plant manufactures MIK-P structures intended for use in various auxiliary structures, complete with MIK-S, as well as without them.
Application of MIK-P
-
working bridges, scaffolds, piers, crane platforms, temporary moorings;
-
distribution structures on floating supports;
-
supports for sliding span structures;
-
overlapping gaps in the embankment above the culverts before they are built and backfilled;
-
overlapping spans of temporary railway bridges during construction on bypasses;
-
in various unloading designs.
The MIK-P set consists of 19 elements:
-
4 brands of load-bearing beams,
-
4 brands of spacers,
-
6 marks of longitudinal connections,
-
3 brands of overlays,
-
one brand of stiffener,
-
high-strength bolts with a diameter of 24 mm according to GOST R 53664-2009 (for connecting beam flanges 24x110 mm, for connecting beam walls 24x95 mm, for connecting ties and diaphragms 24x85 mm).
The most massive and complex elements are the load-bearing beams. In the process of their manufacture, a channel reinforced with stiffeners is welded from metal sheets. Semi-diaphragms are welded to it, consisting of horizontal and vertical ribs and a flange sheet. In the horizontal ribs, acting as gussets, arched slots with rounded edges are created, which are necessary for fixing the braces and their precise centering at any distance between the beams. Holes for fasteners are made in other elements of MIK-P.
Package structures are made of welded I-beams 1040 mm high, 8000 and 11920 mm long. Packages can be assembled from individual beams:
-
L=8.0 m;
-
L=11.92 m;
-
L=16.0 m;
-
L=19.92 m;
-
L=23.84 m (in some cases).
