The Tula Metal-Rolling Plant manufactures drill-injection anchors, consisting of screw anchor rods (VbASh) and components. Rods are manufactured in accordance with the technical specifications 25.94.11-012-83936644-2021 with a length of 1 to 4 meters with a left-hand thread according to ISO 10208. These designs can significantly improve the adhesion of the injected solution compared to smooth pipes. Depending on the type of rod, drill bits with a diameter of 35-100 mm are used. The rods are assembled into a single rod by means of couplings 125-250 mm long.
In the design of drill-injection anchors, the role of rods is played by hollow tubular parts with a knurled wave surface. It provides the necessary contact of the tubular element with the cement stone. The purpose of anchor piles, micropiles, soil dowels is to drill a well with flushing to a depth indicated in the design documentation, and sequential injection of a thick cement solution.
The composition of the drill-injection anchor includes the following elements:
- spherical nut;
- base plate;
- joint coupling;
- centralizer;
- bore-injection coupling;
- drill bit.
Drill-injection anchors have a number of advantages:
- the small size of the drilling device, which means mobility, the ability to work in a limited space;
- slight vibration during work;
- small deformation values, since the structure is stable and steady;
- adaptation to any nature of loads;
- the ability to use as piles with compressive and tensile loads;
- versatility, as one technology is suitable for different types of soil;
- anti-corrosion protection with a layer of cement (thread geometry);
- stability of the system to dynamic loads.
