A high-tech 20 kW laser cutting machine has been commissioned at the Tula Metal Rolling Plant. The equipment, with a 2×6 meter working table, enables high-precision and high-speed processing of large-format sheet metal.
The machine cuts both ferrous and non-ferrous metals, including thick plate steel, stainless steel, and aluminum. This expands the plant’s production capabilities and allows efficient execution of non-standard and complex orders.
The new system has become part of TMPZ’s modernization program and aligns with the company’s strategy of transitioning to digital technologies and automation. The implementation of this equipment increases productivity, reduces production lead times, and strengthens the plant’s position in the metalworking market of Central Russia.
