On 24.07.2025, successful tests were carried out at the production site of the Tula Metal Rolling Plant as part of the “Integrated Development of High-Speed Concrete Casting and Reinforcement Technology (HSCART)” project, aimed at reducing the time and cost of nuclear power plant construction.
The monitoring of the pilot coupling of reinforcement blocks using sleeve connections was performed by contractors and members of the acceptance committee of the Engineering Division of the Rosatom State Corporation.
Participants in the tests noted the significant practical contribution of the Tula Metal Rolling Plant and personally of the plant’s CEO, Nikolay Aleksandrovich Borzenkov, to the implementation of innovative projects of the Engineering Division in terms of the development and production of advanced reinforcing steel.
