Specialists of the Tula Metal Rolling Plant have completed the acceptance of a new lathe at the manufacturer’s site in China. The equipment is intended for the production of casing pipes and full-size cutting sections used in drilling tool manufacturing.
During the acceptance process, the commission carried out precision machining control, inspected the kinematics, and tested the operating units under load. According to the test results, the machine confirmed compliance with technical requirements and declared specifications.
The integration of the equipment into the production cycle will increase output volumes and reduce manufacturing lead times for drilling tools while maintaining consistent quality.
