All work on beam production is carried out on specialized equipment. The production line for steel beams with full weld under flux is an automatic machine equipped with advanced control systems, software, and mechanisms specifically designed to ensure optimal welding of metal structures. The machine has high precision, guaranteeing uniformity and quality of welded joints on each beam. Additionally, after the welding process, the beam undergoes a straightening operation on a special stand to eliminate defects such as "mushrooming" of the shelf and "saber-like" appearance of the beam itself. Also, at our plant, there is the possibility to chamfer the beam with an accuracy of +-1 mm on band saws or an end milling machine.
The Tula Metal Rolling Plant produces I-beam welded beams of various configurations and sizes, including welded beams for crane tracks. The material for such beams is sheet steel ranging from 8 mm to 60 mm in thickness. The length of the finished beams produced by our plant can reach 16 meters, and their weight can be up to 10 tons.
