Our specialists have completed the modernization of the automated welded beam production line and developed assembly fixtures for manufacturing welded beams with increased weld fillet sizes or full penetration welds.
These improvements have boosted productivity to 20 tons of welded beams per shift. In the near future, we plan to implement a 24/7 production schedule for welded beams, enabling the production of up to 40 tons of finished products daily.
The welded beams are manufactured in accordance with GOST 58966-2020. All beams undergo straightening on an automated straightening line (roller straighteners) and, if necessary, are trimmed to the required dimensions using a bandsaw.
